Kenjiro Tansoan was looking for a soba restaurant around Asakusa when he thought it had a good atmosphere and made a reservation. Although I had made a reservation the day before, they secured me a seat and led me to a private room on the second floor! Since there were only two of us, it felt very spacious, and the private room had its own air conditioner, so it was very comfortable. Soba dumplings flavored with wasabi served as an appetizer. This is the third photo. I could feel the wasabi flavor in the bubble-like parts. The dango itself had a strong soba flavor and was chewy and delicious. I ordered a 2-type soba platter that I was interested in after reading other people's Tabelog. The dark-colored country soba had a stronger soba flavor and had a better texture. The soba noodles on the right were smooth and easy to eat. I also ordered dashimaki tamago, which was incredibly delicious! ! ! The flavor of the soup stock was soaked in, it was warm, and the spinach was included, giving it a gentle taste. I was also able to learn about the deliciousness of eating grated radish and tamagoyaki together. Although it was a little far from Asakusa Kaminarimon, it was a very nice and relaxing restaurant.
