【食べた感想】
麻婆茄子ｶﾚｰは微妙に麻婆茄子よりのお味(^-^)
少しｽﾊﾟｲｼｰだがそれほど複雑ではなく食べやすい感じではある(^ー^)
豆板醤・香辛料・ﾗｰ油の辛味が利いているので辛いのが苦手な人だとｷﾂい辛味ﾚﾍﾞﾙ(´・ω・`)
甜麺醤の甘味とｺｸが後味に残り辛さを少しﾏｲﾙﾄﾞにしてくれる(^^)
挽肉は粗めの挽きで量が多く肉を食べている食感がありまずまず存在感はある( ・∇・)
茄子はﾄﾛﾄﾛになっていて柔らかく茄子の甘味があって良い(*^^*)
ﾆﾝﾆｸの芽からのﾆﾝﾆｸの香りと風味はあるが食感がﾌﾆｬﾌﾆｬなのがいまいち↓
塩気は高めで少し油っぽいのが残念(ToT)
ご飯は普通の固さの炊きあがり(^^)
炊いてから少し時間がたっているのか水分がとんでいる(ToT)
