ルカンケの古屋シェフ監修のメニューが食べられると言うのでデニーズに来てみた。満席でビックリ。ルカンケの古屋シェフはビストロドラシテ出身で古典的なメニューを活かした感じで美味しい料理を出している店だったのでちょっと期待していた。
タブレットでシェフのおすすめ3品セット（2739円）とファットバスタード ピノノワール（495円）をオーダー。このピノノワール結構美味しい。
出てきた順に
海老のポタージュ オマール風味 適温で出してますみたいなことを言って置いていったが、見た目のアクセントのためにトマトピュレをアクセントにしている。かき混ぜて食べた方が美味しいので、そっちをサービスとしては言うべきだろう。ミルク感が強くて海老は香り程度
アボカド＆チキンのサラダ 香草のアクセントも良く、これはファミレスの次元を超えた美味しさ
トリュフ香るふんわり卵のオムバーグ ライ麦パン付き トリュフソースがちょっと甘めでトリュフの香りは薄い。ハンバーグは合い挽きだと思うが、豚の比率が多いのか軽めな味わいでソースとの相性がそれほど良くない。
まずくはないが、古屋シェフが審査員をやっているジョブチューンだったら、もっと美味しくなるはずと不合格を出しているんじゃないかって思える料理だった。
