用事があり、浅草に来ました。
すこし、急いでランチを食べるため、
バーミヤンを利用しました。
前々から気になっていたびゃんびゃん麺を注文しました。
タモリ倶楽部で、字画の多い漢字を使った麺と言うことで
紹介されていました。
お店の人からよく混ぜるように言われて混ぜました。
きしめんとを少し厚くしたような麺を
キャベツやもやしと、大振りのひき肉であえていきます。
ヒタヒタの温かい汁でいただきます。
焼きうどんに近い感じかな。
