かなり前からトリビアンの名前は知ってましたが遂に行く機会に恵まれました。
場所は浅草の観音裏エリア、このあたりはいい店が点在してるんですよね～
廻りを歩くとそそるお店ばかりです。
その中でもひときわそそるトリビアン、
店内の赤基調のインテリアが外観にも少しだけでてますね。
お店に入ると一番乗り。
この日は6000円コースをチョイス。
・自家製レバーパテ
・季節の前菜
・焼き物９本
・自家製ドレッシング野菜サラダ
・中華そば、または 親子丼
・鶏スープ
という内容です。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯！
マルエフうまー。
レバーパテが最初に出てきて、うん、こりゃワインだろ
ってなって速攻でオーダー。
大将が「ワインリストは浅草らしくひらがなです笑」とのこと。
なかなかの品揃えですが、よくわからないのでおススメをチョイス。
前菜も丁寧に作られていて美味しいし
串ものの火入れは完璧。
焼き物の鶏とか野菜も出てきて
素晴らしいです。
最後のシメは２人で別々のものを頼みましたが
どっちもうまいですねー分量もちょうどいいです。
楽しい大将とお店の人もみんな優しくて
本当にいい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
