クロモジ亭に行こうと思ったらコロナ休業中でどうしようって悩んで、そう言えば産業貿易センターに精養軒があったはずと来てみた。営業してる！
知らなかったが、産業貿易センターって8階9階は台東区民会館なんだ。
精養軒は8階にある。会議室がいくつもあってそれぞれの会議室ではセミナーやら会議が行われているのだが、そんなフロアの一画に上野精養軒がある。店内に入ると広い会議室って感じでここは社食か？って雰囲気で広くて100席以上あってガラガラなんだが上野精養軒なのだ。上野精養軒は西洋美術館のエリアの多くのレストランや学士会館のレストランも運営している由緒正しいレストランだ。
ランチにはコーヒー、紅茶もセルフだが無料で付く。私がオーダーしたのは、ポークヒレカツ ミラノ風 ライスまたはパン付(1280円 税込)。
しばらくするとワゴンで料理が運ばれてくる。ガーニッシュはジャガイモ、ブロッコリーとラタトゥイユ。ミラノ風カツレツの様に細かな衣だが子牛ではなく豚のヒレカツでチーズを挟んでいる。さらにデミグラスソース。
精養軒はデミグラスが美味しいのでハヤシライスも美味しいのだが、このカツレツにもよく合うデミグラスソースだった。
食後にはコーヒー。カードも使える。
行列せずに食べられる浅草洋食の穴場だと思う。内装は社食だけど。
