雷門から歩いて3分。田原町の駅からも2分と近い『K's cafe』は2013年7月にＯｐｅｎ。 宮城県気仙沼から来たパティシエが美味しいスイーツとパスタをはじめとしたお食事を提供しています。 特に絶品と大人気の『海老と完熟アボカドの生パスタ』は食べるべき一品。 また、グリーンスムージーは野菜と果物のみを使用。毎日違う素材でご注文いただいてからお作りしています。浅草では珍しく紅茶の種類は約40種類。 |

メニュー には、説明書きと 写真が 掲載されて、選びやすい。
どれも 美味しそうに 見える中、注文したのは…
★ ごろごろお肉の ボロネーゼ生パスタ ¥980
国産豚と 豪州牛の 挽肉を、3日間 煮込んだ ボロネーゼ だそう。
配膳された、ボロネーゼ生パスタ は…
… まずまず メニュー 写真の通り、美味しそう。
しかし 自分は、パルメザンチーズ の 香りが 苦手である。
パルメザンチーズ の 匂いを 強烈に 感じる中…
… 食べ始めれば、その 匂いも 気にならなく なる。
粗挽き肉を ゴロゴロ と感じる ボロネーゼ は、甘味と 酸味が 控えめな 感じ。
本格パスタ を よく知らない、“ ミートソース 好き ” の 自分的には、もう少し ケチャップ感を 期待していた。
また、男性には 薄味に 感じるかも しれない。
生パスタ は 食感が良く、美味しいと 思う。
そして、サービス で プリン を いただいた。
これもまた、甘味を 抑えた プリン で…
… これは 誰もが 好きで あろう味。
