尊敬するシェフにオススメいただき田原町にありますラテンガさんに伺わせていただきました。
私の尊敬するシェフからオススメいただきました。
田原町駅から徒歩で3分くらいにある穴場レストランです。
オープンして10年ほどだそうです。
お二人で切り盛りされています。
店内のアンティークはじめ器にもこだわりを感じました。
しかもフランス料理店では珍しい生ハムのスライサーもあり、こだわりを感じました。
お料理は繊細で優しい味わいです。
かなり細部までこだわっていることが分かります♪
重くないので、ボリュームたっぷりですが、最後まで美味しくいただけました。
特に生ハムと自家製パンは絶品でした！
オニオングラタンスープも寒い日の身体を温めてくれます。
テランガさんのお料理はまさに私の好みドンピシャでした！
本当に素敵なレストランだと私は思いました。
大変僭越ながら、予約困難店や高級店ばかりに目を向けるのではなく、このようにきちんと仕事をされている素晴らしいレストランにも私は目を向けていきたいと思います。
また、伺わせていただきます♪
