まだ緊急事態宣言が出される前のある日。
身体が鈍らないようにと隣接区程度は歩いていた。
浅草から合羽橋へ抜ける途中で入ってみた。
鰻の寝床のように長細い店内で、
奥は厨房の幅がない分幾分ゆったりとしていた。
休日の昼だったのでスパークリングワインも頼み、
パスタのセットを。
挽肉とトマトのラグースパゲティ
と
ホワイトアスパラガスのポタージュスープ
ホワイトアスパラガスの表皮のトゲトゲが
かなり感じ♡られる食感のすぷ。
フレッシュパセリアッシェとのコントラストが美しい。
サラダはビッショビッショ♡な具合にぷりたつかかった自家製ドレッシングが印象的だ。
パンも2種類ついていてボリーミー
パスタは“梨地”のオーヴァル皿
あのしとのレシピみたいに、しっかり焼きの入ったラグーで
ニクの旨味が充分溢れていて
また、フレッシュマッシュルームがいいアクセント。
塩味は抑えめだがむしろ素材の味が引き立っていて
とても、“美味しい”
ランチだけで8種類もメニューがあり
仕込みにも拘りが強そうだ。
黒板のメニューも沢山なので、ディナーに色々頼んでみたいものだ。
