Remarks |
We want you to enjoy seasonal dishes in a casual and easy way. In addition, we are particular about making each and every dish by hand, from appetizers, pizza, pasta, main dishes, desserts, sauces, and dressings, so you can enjoy a taste that is a little different from other restaurants. In addition to the standard menu, we also have a recommended menu of the day, a fair menu that changes every month, and we will also serve dishes in response to your requests. We also have a wide selection of drinks. There are seven types of lunch menu (starting from 900 yen) that change almost every day. Please enjoy! |

The chef here is top-notch. He never wavers, so everything I ordered was delicious. The finish was perfectly calculated, like threading a needle, and I was blown away by everything, from the cooking time and timing of the grilling, to the seasoning of the sauce and the presentation. The ingredients were fresh, and the vegetables were fresh. It's a one-and-a-half minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express. Asakusa Western Home Cooking Restaurants Opera First visit on a weekday at 7:30pm. 6 seats at the counter, 6 two-seater tables, 1 four-seater table, 1 group of two customers, no customers after. From the outside, it looked like a small shop, but it was a little larger inside than I expected. There was one staff member, and the owner, a soft-spoken man in his 60s, runs the place by himself. Draft beer mug 500 yen, white wine glass 500 yen x 2 (Valmont (France)), 3 types selection 1200 yen, steamed squid in white wine with American sauce (half size) 600 yen, bread 400 yen, white fish and shellfish with olives and tomatoes in acqua pazza style 2000 yen, risotto with leftover acqua pazza soup plus 500 yen, total 6200 yen. Bottled wine starts at 2800 yen, so it's very good value. The glass wine I chose this time was a sweet and fruity dessert wine, and the design of the glass changed every time I had a refill, showing their attention to detail in even the smallest details. 3 types of appetizers. Caprese, marinated amberjack, soft jerky and Prosciutto caprese. Fresh ingredients and simple seasoning are the basic recipe. The aroma of the extra virgin olive oil was strong, and the fresh vegetables were delicious, which left a good impression. Marinated amberjack. The fresh fillets had no odor, and instead had a good umami flavor, which was clear when the ingredients were properly mixed. Soft jerky. Soft jerky, and the taste was as expected. Prosciutto. Prosciutto wrapped around a bar cracker, and the taste was also as expected. The leafy vegetables garnished with fresh vegetables were also fresh. This appetizer gave me a sense of relief, as I understood that the ingredients were being mixed well. Steamed spear squid in white wine. American sauce 1,200 yen → 600 yen The spear squid was half price, as they only had one, instead of the two they usually serve. It was a dream come true for one person who wanted to try a little bit of everything, and it was lucky. The sauce was not the American sauce I had imagined, but a sour sauce that I had never tasted before, and the perfect balance of flavor was as exquisite as Monzetsu. The exquisite sauce, which was light yet deep in flavor, stimulated the brain and left a long aftertaste of deliciousness. The American sauce was so delicious that it made my eyes round, and I wanted to stop them from taking it down with the sauce still on the plate, so I asked for more bread and rubbed it on the sauce and enjoyed it. The taste was so delicious that I had never eaten it before, and when I asked, ✔️ ✔️ White wine, brandy, shrimp sugo, onion, and fresh cream ✔️ ✔️ Surprisingly, the recipe was simple. This recipe is a golden recipe. White fish, shellfish, olives, and tomatoes in an aqua pazza style. 2,000 yen. The fish was Spanish mackerel. The chef's skills were top-notch, and the flavor was perfectly just right, without any hesitation. You could even feel the owner's confidence in the seasoning, and it was trustworthy. The skin was nicely browned and cooked to perfection, and I was impressed with the carefully calculated finish, feel, and skill. It had been a while since I had fresh fennel, and pairing it with the aqua pazza was also a first for me, and it was delicious. For an extra 500 yen, I made risotto with the leftover soup from the aqua pazza. I love linguine with the leftover soup, but this was also my first time trying it in risotto. The cherry tomatoes were colorful and the rice was al dente. The flavor was so rich that it hit me right on the head, and the aftertaste lingered long in the back of my tongue. This dish was an extra 500 yen. If you order the acqua pazza, you should definitely order an additional risotto. This is a hidden gem of Restaurants that will surprise you and teach you many new things. There weren't many customers there, so I was worried in many ways at first, but as I continued eating, my worries turned to anticipation, and in the end, I really felt that I could trust the food was delicious. I think the owner is pretty amazing. As of October 2023, Tabelog rating: 3.26
