【お店の様子について】
浅草界隈を歩いていると、ジンギスカン霧島さんがランチメニューを提供している掲示が見えました。
お店は３階にあるようなので、エレベーターを利用して、お店に向かってみます。
エレベーターを降り、扉を開け、お店に入ります。
手指のアルコール消毒を済ませると、テーブル席に案内していただけます。
客層は、周辺地域の男性就労層が主のように感じます。
【お料理について】
★おろしハンバーグ定食 900円
オーソドックスなジンギスカン定食や焼きラム丼も気になりますが、今回はおろしハンバーグ定食を注文してみました。
ごはんは大盛無料とのことなので、大盛でお願いしました。
メニューを注文後、定食にはラムスープとフリーソフトドリンクがセットになっているので、自分でスープとドリンクを取りに行きます。
席に戻ったころに、キャベツサラダともやしナムルを提供してもらえます。
キャベツサラダ用にドレッシング２種類提供してもらえるので、好みのドレッシングを使いましょう。
メインのハンバーグもほどなくして提供されます。
鉄板はアツアツの状態です。スタッフの方に、鉄板が熱いうちに、タレ・ソースをかけるとより美味しくなりますよと教えてもらえますので、その通りにしてみました。
鉄板にソースがかかると、ソースもグツグツと音を立てて煮立つのでビジュアルにも美味しそうですね。
ハンバーグもボリュームがあり、食べ応えがあります。
ラムスープやもやしナムルもいい味わいです。
ハンバーグの下に敷かれたもやしも、タレに浸かっていることもあり、ナムルとは異なる風味でいい感じです。
フリードリンクもあるので、コストパフォーマンスもいいと感じます。
会計時には、ポイントカードを手渡してもらえました。笑顔の接客が印象的でした。
