昼に3回目の訪問でロースカツを頂きました、CP、お味、文句ありません、目的のお店が臨時休業でお邪魔したのが初めてでしたが当たりでした。
オシャレな和のBGMが心地良かったです。
ソースや茎わさび、黒塩？等多くの調味料があり、味変を楽しめました。
1000円くらいのロースカツを頼んだ！量が多くて諦めそうになるが、美味しい。特に黒塩をかけると美味しい。キャベツご飯はおかわり自由。
ササミカツが絶品です。独自の低温調理で、ササミ特有のモサモサ感を無くして、ジューシーのササミに仕上げられてます。
ランチのロースカツをオーダーしました。お肉が柔らかくて本当に美味しかったです。他のメニューも挑戦してみたいです。
黒豚ロースを頼んだら凄い柔らかくて美味しかったです。
