とんかつにしようか迷ったけど
サーモンかつと明太ささみロールにそそられ
しかも自家製タルタルソース付き...ｷﾐﾆｷﾒﾀ。
まずサーモンがね柔らかくてふわふわで
脂が乗っててかなりおいしい。ほんでさっくさく。
豊洲市場で仕入れたお刺身で食べられる
サーモン使用って
いやもう、、最高やん旨いやろそんなん。
そして楽しみのささみカツ。
柔らかすぎ。え？肉？てぐらい。
だって見てこれ、断面がぴちぴちやん。
たっぷりの明太子に包まれたささみ。
衣はサクサクやし。幸せ。
豚汁もセットの切り干し大根も
ご飯を加速させる
めちゃくちゃお腹いっぱいなりました。
次はとんかつ食べたいなあ。
