ささみとヒレの定食1,420円
平日の昼の13時30分頃に行き、
ほぼ満席でカウンター席の片付け待ち数分で入店。
提供までは10分強
ささみは柔らかくジューシー
ヒレはそれに比べるとやや硬めで衣も剥がれやすい
ソースのほか、竹炭黒塩と茎わさびの調味料があり、
茎わさびとしょうゆのさっぱりした組み合わせが味変に良かった。
