本日はこちらへ。
食べログアワードBRONZE、100名店にも選出されているフレンチレストラン。
ランチコースKoma-Gata(17,600円)を予約し訪問しました。
入店するとシェフが温かい笑顔で迎えてくさださいます。
3階はスカイツリーや隅田川を望む絶景のロケーションが広がるカウンターへ。
メニューの詳細はHPなどで見られるので割愛します。
浅草の老舗の和菓子や両国のお蕎麦屋さんの蕎麦粉を使用するなど、フランス料理の伝統を守りつつ日本人ならでわの感性で一皿に昇華させた、まさに浅草駒形の地に根ざしたフランス料理を堪能させていただきました。
地方に根ざしたレストランは数あれど、東京にありながらガストロノミーの片鱗を感じとることのできる素晴らしいお店ではないでしょうか。
シェフをはじめスタッフさんのホスピタリティも高く至福のひと時を過ごすことができました。
