永らくバケットリストにあったナベノイズムに、自分の誕生日を自分で祝うべく初往訪。
浅草の中心部から外れるとはいえ、浅草らしい雑多感がある街並みにひょんと現れるピュアな外観のお店。
店内も非常に純で清潔感がありつつ、バキバキ過ぎないフィットアウトが心地よい。
終始一貫、徹底したブランディングに非常に感心しました。
箸留めにまでロゴ入れるなんて、(いい意味で)どういう思考回路なんでしょう...
フレンチという手法を通じて、シェフご自身の思想をブランディングする、壮大な実験場のような、料理を超えた場づくりに対する強い意志みたいなものが感じられました。
アミューズとスペシャリテの蕎麦がき、あとはメインの鴨がハイライトだったかな。
ピンチョスなどもあり、味自体はフレンチというより、スペインやら中華やら、イノベーティブに近い印象。
きちんと配球が練られている分、自分のようなアマチュアだと、たとえば銀座大石などと比べると、部分的に物足りなさも感じてしまったのだけど、総じてきちんと美味しい料理であった。
ドルチェも満足。
良い体験でした。
