店先のBBQグリルでハンバーグを焼いてるのを見て、一度素通りしたものの、踵を返して入店。テーブル2席にハイカウンターが10席ほどの店内。
・炭火焼きデミグラスハンバーグ 1,200円
定食&ダイナーとは珍しいですね。雰囲気はバーっぽいんですが、メニューを見ると確かにちゃんと食事できるお店って感じです。ハンバーグは牛肉100%っぽいですね。結構、肉肉しくて炭火の香りとよく合う。赤出汁の味噌汁やヒジキもいい感じ。
浅草橋の喫茶店「葦」がルーツとのこと。もともと40年以上前に蔵前にあって浅草橋に移転しているそう。そちらも喫茶店と言いつつ定食メニューがあるみたいです、いい系譜ですね！
