平日ランチコース(お料理5500円)で伺いました！
この景色が見えるのは浅草ビューホテルならでは。
ひとくちアミューズのあと
彩り鮮やかな前菜が登場しました。
鯛のお造り、かぼちゃのムースの上に鶏胸肉、きのことジュレ、フライドオニオン。
スープはフカヒレスープ。下に茶碗蒸しが入っていてあっつあつ。美味しい〜。
蒸し物は帆立貝と海老。中華風の味付けに大ぶりのぷりぷり帆立と海老が最高。
メインは鶏もものビネガー煮込みをチョイスしました。さっぱりしながらもクリーム仕立てで濃厚。
パンもビューホテル一階のパン屋さんのデニッシュでふわふわでほんのり甘いです。
デザートはピーカンナッツとさつまいものタルト。キャラメルアイスも美味しかった！
サービスも景色も良く、大満足の素敵なランチでした。
