【お店の様子について】
浅草界隈は縁があり、特に昼食時間帯はいろいろな飲食店を覗いています。
そんな中、平日のお昼は営業していないので、お店は存じ上げていたのですが、お邪魔することができてはいなかったももの、以前から気になっていたお店のディナータイムにお邪魔することができました。
干し野菜などの干し物や乾物をテーマにした食材を取り扱っているのが、特徴的です。
店内は、バーに面したハイカウンターが数席の他、１階にはソファー席。ロフトのような２階には和風な空間があります。
常連客が多いように見受けられます。しかしながら、常連客でなくても、気軽に入れると思います。観光客がよく利用されているホテルのすぐ近くにあることからか、旅慣れたおしゃれなお客さんも吸い寄せられるように入店されているのが印象的です。
【お料理・お飲物について】
★ブラックレモンサワー
お店のドリンクは、ウィスキーなど多く取り揃えています。
なかでもオススメのドリンクという「ブラックレモンサワー」をいただきました。
黒いレモンサワーで、見た目にも特徴がありますね。
レモンの風味ももちろん感じますが、自然な優しい甘みの方が特徴的に感じます。なんでも、黒糖焼酎と黒糖で漬け込んでいるとのこと。
なるほど、ミネラルなどの栄養もありそうですね。
★ドライフルーツアソート
ドライフルーツやナッツ類も、盛り合わせとして３種類ほど選んでみます。
★和風ガパオライス
一番人気のお料理をいただきました。
ガパオライス…というと一般的には豪快なイメージを持っていましたが、ほしやのガパオライスはとても繊細で優しい味わいです。
ライスは十六穀米で、干しシイタケの出汁が染み込んでいて、炊き込みご飯やピラフのようにも錯覚するような味わいです。
挽肉も量がかなりあり、食べ応えも十分以上あります。
★チキンと季節の干し野菜グリル
ドライハーブ（ローズマリー）で上品に香りづけされたジューシーなチキンステーキです。
付け合わせのピクルスもまた美味しい。なんでも一度天日干しして、ピクルスにしているとのこと。やはり美味しいものは、手間がかかっているのですね。
★ベイクドチーズケーキ
チーズとチョコレートの両方の味をしっかり感じる不思議なケーキですね。
風味豊かで、いいですね。お酒にも合うと感じます。
ケーキの上には、干しブドウがあり、お店のこだわりを感じます。
今回お邪魔した「ほしや」さんの姉妹店が、浅草近辺に「ほしや」さんあわせて４店舗あるそうです。
そちらも覗いてみたくなってきました。
おしゃれなスタッフの心地よい接客で、初めて訪れるお客さんにも居心地がよく、常連さんが多くなるのも納得のいいお店だと思います。
オリジナルのドリンクも美味しく、料理も美味しいので、食事メインでの利用もしやすいと思います。
またお邪魔したくなる、いいお店だと思います。
