つくばエクスプレス浅草駅からは歩いてすぐ、雷門通りの一本手前の通りにあるお店。
ガラス張りで店内の様子が見えるお洒落な飲み屋さんですね～♪
雲丹クレソン
ペリカンのパン付いた人気のメニュー。
当日の注文をされている方が多かったです♪
味付けはしっかりめで、ペリカンのパンに雲丹クレソンを乗せて頂きます。
お酒が進む味付けです～
はんぺんのしそチーズ焼
はんぺんを紫蘇＆チーズで巻いた品。
予想していたよりも大きく、２人で半分で良いかも。
チーズの塩気が効いており、こちらはワインに合いますね。
肉巻き生姜
見た目は軟骨揚げのような小さめな揚げ物ですが、
高知産の生姜の風味が良く、生姜好きにはたまらないですね。
鯛だしうどん
上品な鯛のお出汁に開花楼のうどんを使用しています。
〆にはピッタリな温かくあっさりめなうどんですね。
珍しい一升瓶のワインはグラスで注文出来るので、みんなで楽しく頂けます(^^)/
