良い天気だったのでシェリと電車に乗って
浅草へお出かけ～♪前から気になっていた此
方のお店に・・・地下鉄の浅草の駅から隅田
川沿いの道を少し北に向かったところ～比較
的解り易い場所です。
お店の前のテーブルにバギーを横づけ♪ｗ
【ランチセットＡ】
サラダとドリンクを付けたフルセットで２４
２０円と少々高め。最初に大好きなラぺから
さっと火を通しただけの食感がしっかりして
いるもの、しっかり目の味付け。ファラフェ
ルはしっかり揚げで香ばしく、初フムス？い
つもの様に【ググる】ゆでたヒヨコマメに、
ニンニク、練り胡麻、オリーブオイル、レモ
ン汁などを加えてすりつぶし、塩で調味した
ペースト状のアラブ料理。ふむふむ・・・ｗ
味付けを変えた、おからを炊いたやつっぽい
食感です。アボカドは熟れてて柔らかくて美
味！やっぱ熟れてるのが良いね。ゆっくり咀
嚼しながら～味わいました。家ではあまり作
らない料理なだけに色々勉強になりました。
シェリはご機嫌なのか？今回はちょっと無理
やり付き合わせてる感じだったのか？いつも
以上に知らない人に激吠え(-_-;)それでも～
店員さんは笑顔でとても気持ち良くランチを
愉しめました♪ご馳走様でした。
