浅草駅と田原駅の中間あたり?
雷門通りの雷門ビル7階にあります。
ずーと美味しい鉄板ステーキが食べたくてウズウズしてました。
なぜなら前回伺ったお店が残念過ぎて…
レビューにも書いてませんが(╥_╥)
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席2卓。
木目調の落ち着いた和の感じです。
鉄板ステーキでは必ずカウンター席で
五感を楽しみながら頂きたいタイプです!笑
【フォアグラと黒毛和牛のランチコース】￥3800
【サーロインステーキ変更】+￥1500
【ガーリックライス変更】+¥300
本当は鮑との組合せが良かったんですが、
ランチメニューにはありませんでした。
が、後々分かったのですが、
事前にお伝えすれば用意してくださるとのこと…
次回はそうさせてもらいます♡
素敵な重箱に入った前菜三種は
銀杏や秋鮭など秋を感じ楽しめる食材でした。
フォアグラは２種類のソースで
味噌に山椒が散りばめられた和テイストと
バルサミコソースにピンクペッパーに
フォアグラの下にはバターで焼いた林檎
という洋テイストで、
どちらも濃厚で美味しく頂きました。
青森県産の黒毛和牛サーロインを
ミディアムレアの完璧な焼き加減で頂きました。
食べ方はポン酢和えの大根、山わさび、
ガーリックチップ、黒胡椒、岩塩です。
個人的には岩塩が１番お肉本来の旨味を
感じられ好きでした。
大根のポン酢和えも美味しかったです!!
ガーリックライスも申し分ないです。
デザートはアイス最中とクレームブリュレです
ドリンクはコーヒーとルイボスティー!!
たまたま私の好きなクレームブリュレと
ルイボスティーがあり嬉しかったです。
お店の方はとても丁寧で気さくで
お店の居心地も良くさらに
お料理も美味しくて最高でした♡
