中途半端感が否めなかったですね。
一人11000円
何時も行く鉄板焼屋さんなら、倍は取られますが、味、盛り付け、サービス、雰囲気と格段の差でした。
お肉も焼く前に味付けをしないのでそのままでは美味しくないです。
ランプとシャトーブリアンと食べ比べしましたが、ランプは肉の旨味がなく残念でした。
野菜焼きは色味が寂しいですね。
料理は目でも楽しむものたので、全種類「白」い野菜ではない方がいいと思いました。
眼の前で焼いて下さるのですが、シェフのナイフさばきも、熟練されてないように感じました。
