前職では給料口座を複数設けることが出来たので、とある先輩は奥様にバレないように給料の一部が振り込まれる口座とは別に自分用の差額を入れる口座を用意していました。

ご丁寧に自分で作成した明細まで用意して実際の額面を少なく見せる努力は涙ぐましいものがありましたが、某政党の政治資金パーティーと比較したら可愛いものですね。

本当は全部表に出すべきなのでしょうが一部に限ってしまうのが人の常なんでしょうね。というわけで本日のランチは「すべて残らず」という意味の #オステリアコゾリテ です。

頼んだのは #ビーフストロガノフ です。確か店の外に掲げられた国旗はイタリアだったのですが、このメニューってロシアな気がしますが、あまり気にしません。

お店の人に促されて #スープ と #サラダ をセルフで盛り付けます。ハニーマスタードのドレッシングは甘くてシャキシャキしたサラダによく合います。

5分もしないうちに料理も運ばれてきました。お肉や野菜が煮込まれていて少し酸味のあるクリームもかかっていて、好きな味わいです。

風味づけのパウダーやパセリのアクセントもいいですね。ザクっとした食感があるのはフライドオニオンでしょうか？他にもパスタも気になるのでまた近いうちに訪れます。
