お店の場所は言問い通り沿い、隣にも中華料理のお店があります。
以前夜に訪問したことがあり、冷菜のおつまみ系の中華料理は美味くボリュームもある印象がありました。
その時に見た店内の広告が頭に残っていて訪問しました。
店内の広告によると辛みラーメンは20種類のスパイスを使用し漢方的な味わいがあるとの事です。
辛みラーメンだけでは少し寂しいかなと思って辛みラーメンのライスセット(\770)をオーダーしました。
辛みラーメンのトッピングはチャーシュー、煮卵、ナルト、メンマ、青ネギという感じです。
スープは醤油ラーメンのスープに辛みを足した感じです。
美味しいのですが20種類のスパイスを使用したという深みは感じませんでした。
でもそういう食べ物なのかもしれません。
