つくばエクスプレス 浅草駅から言問通り沿い。
『雷5656会館』付近にある「龍天」。
“豚骨ラーメン”に惹かれ入店した。
中国系インバウンドのために窓には中国語表記の貼り紙があり、“豚骨ラーメン”といったら博多をイメージしていたが、中国料理屋であった。
メニューを拝読すると“ライス”、“焼き餃子”とラーメンを組み合わせたセットメニューがあり、【醤油、焦がしニンニク、辛み】といった味が選択出来る。
今回は“全部のせラーメン”の【焦がしニンニク】+“ライス”のセットと、単品で“焼き餃子”、“烏龍茶”を発注した。
【チャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、ナルト、煮玉子】のトッピング類が入っており、細麺で【豚骨と焦がしニンニク】の二層スープとなっている。
余り期待していなかったのだが、案外スープが旨く、病み付きになってしまうかもしれない。
“餃子”は大陸系の一癖ある品であった。
