一徳でにぎりは少なめにしたので、老上海に行こうと思ったら今日はお休みだった。なのでその途中にあった龍天の本格酸辣粉の文字が気になり龍天に入店。カウンター席には餃子の皮と餃子の餡が置かれている状態でテーブル席は外人客で賑わっている。私は高菜酸辣春雨(880円)をオーダー。春雨は太いのと細いのどっちがいいか聞かれたが、太い春雨って珍しいので太い方にした。考えたらさっき一徳で食べたにぎりよりも20円高い。高菜酸辣春雨が出てくるまでに8分ほどかかった。一徳でにぎりは5分で出てきたので3分余計に時間がかかっているが太い春雨のせいだろうか？
高菜酸辣春雨、食べてみると酸っぱ辛くて太い春雨が独特なモチモチした食感で美味しい。適度に酸っぱ辛いスープも美味しかった。それにしても寿司よりラーメンの方が高いとは！単に一徳の時間が昭和で止まっているだけな可能性が高いんだが。
