ネットでニュースターブリュワリーを予約したのだが、私がブリュワリーの名前で勘違いしていたことに気づき、ニュースターブリュワリーで調べ直してイメージしていた店は浅草ビール工房だとわかり、早々に切り上げて浅草ビール工房に向かった。
食べログのメニューにあったバッファローウィングを食べるつもりできたのにバッファローウィングがなくて、今日はついてねえと諦めてイカフライ しば漬けタルタル(550円)にした。ビールはここで醸造しているRust Actress Dark Mildのハーフ(605円)にした。イカフライは衣が固め。低アルコールの黒ビールだが提供温度がクラフトビールでは普通なのかもしれないが、キンキンに冷えてなくて、喉越し重視の自分とは趣向が違うことがよくわかった。
