YouTubeでBBQ動画を見ていると骨付きバックリブが
実に美味しそう。
このお店もBBQメニューが主力みたい。
では初のバックリブ500ｇに挑戦。
普段はステーキ300ｇとかを食べているから完食
できるのだろうか。
登場したバックリブは見た目も大きい。
まあ骨があるので賞味は500ｇ無いとは思う。
骨はするりと取れるので食べやすい。
表面はかなりのカリカリ度で、普段と同じように
噛んでいたら口の中を切ってしまった。気をつけて食べねば。
中のお肉は柔らかいけど動画で見たほど肉汁が
流れ出して来るわけではない。そこは演出もあるのかな。
ごちそう様でした。
土日なのに何故か平日ランチメニュー看板を出しておられるけど、
当然ながらランチメニューはやっていないとのこと。
もしかしてあの看板は片付けないタイプなのかな？
