お店自体にはちょこちょこ伺っていますが、ハンバーガーイベントは初。普段から混んでいるお店なので12時ぴったりに到着したら既にほぼ満席！カウンターに座れたので調理工程が見られて楽しいです。
さてオーダー。インスタでもチェックしてたけどどれも魅力的なラインナップでうーんと悩みつつ、やはり初志貫徹で無花果ブルーベリークリチをば。連れはサルシッチャ。揚げとうもろこしやナチョスをつまみつつバーガー到着を待ちます。
美しく積み上げられた層を崩さないようにバーガー袋に入れてかぶりつくと、とろける無花果とジューシーなパティにブルーベリーの甘みとクリチのミルキーさが相俟ってとっても美味。この手のバーガーでトマト、オニオン、レタスが入るって珍しい気もしますが、食べると全然違和感なかったです。さっくり焼かれたバンズもいい感じ。連れのサルシッチャもぷりぷりジューシーでハーブが利いてておいしかった〜

イベントは今日までなので、もう一回行こうか悩み中
