お店が立ち並ぶ通りからは少し奥に入ったところにある、隠れ家的なビアバー。キッチンに面したカウンターと、壁際のテーブル数席の小ぢんまりしたお店です。入口カウンターにはその日のタップが並び、スタンディングもできるよう。ドライフラワーや植物がおしゃれな雰囲気。店員さんが皆さんとても感じが良く、取り分けのお皿も温かいものを用意してくれたり、心配りが嬉しかったです。

✦ホットドッグ
お店の看板メニューでもある自家製ソーセージ。そのままか、ホットドッグにしてもらうか、注文の時に選びます。IRIEという名前の椎茸入りをチョイス。熱々の粗挽きソーセージに、肉厚の椎茸の食感と旨みが加わって、文句なしの味わい。皮部分はぶつんとした歯応えがあります。お好みでケチャップ、マスタードを足して。
✦ガリポテ
小さめのじゃがいもを皮つきのままフライ。揚げたてで熱々、そのままかぶり付くと火傷しそうなほどです。皮の部分は香ばしくパリッとしていながらも、お芋の風味とほっくり感も損なわないちょうど良い仕上がり。塩とチーズのシンプルな味わいが、完璧な揚げ具合とお芋の風味を最大限引き立てていて、止まらない美味しさです。ポテト好きはぜひ頼むべし。
✦ぶどうセゾン
ビール独特の苦味が苦手なことを伝え、8種類のタップからそれぞれの特徴と共に勧めてもらったうちのひとつがこちら。埼玉の麦雑穀工房というところの銘柄で、ワイン醸造後のマスカットベリーを使っているとのこと。ほのかに赤みがかった濃いめの色合いに、フルーティーな酸味があり、オススメ通り苦味を感じず飲みやすい味わいでした。アルコール5％。
