散策グルメリポート(浅草)
The DAY East Tokyo
浅草橋駅(北改札口)から徒歩すぐの所にある小洒落た店構えのクラフトビールと自家製ソーセージを出しているお店
パッと見の店構えからすると
代官山か恵比寿にあるアパレル系のお店かと見紛うくらい感じの良い雰囲気
地方のクラフトビールを取り扱っており、カウンター前にはそのビールサーバーの注ぎ口が並べてあり、これもまたお洒落な雰囲気に一役かっている
クラフトビールはそれぞれの特長を活かしたビールなので、気分に合わせて飲む
個人的にはビールというより
さっぱり、フルーティなもののテイストが気になるため
今回は三重の"ひみつのビール らっこののみもの 特別パイナポー味"を頼んでみた
色味からしても黄色がまさしくパイナポーを想像させるが、それに紛う事なく爽やかでフルーティな喉越し
どちらかと言うとカクテルのような味わいだ
美味しい
それと付け合わせとして
各種メニューがあるが
やはりまずはオオスメしている自家製ソーセージだろう
結局全部で4本頼むことになるのだが…笑
理由としてはシンプルに旨いからだ
あらびきのオーソドックスから始まり
トマトバジル
チキンカレー
イカスミブラック
どれもしっかりした歯応えと肉感、ジューシーな肉汁も相まって
食が進む進む
ちなみに下に敷かれているのがスペクト小麦と呼ばれる付け合わせが載っているが、話に聞いた所によると割とオーソドックスな組み合わせらしい
よく油を吸い、合うから
だそうだ
結局ピザも頼んでいたので、結果的には計5本程度のソーセージを堪能出来た
その他メニューでも
ガリガリポテトフライ
いぶりがっことクリームチーズ
などなど気になるものも味わった
店内も盛況で到着したちょっと後にはほぼ満席状態になるほど
小洒落た雰囲気と気さくな店内も相まってなのだろう
余談ではあるが
オーナーはランニング部なるものを発足しており、一緒に参加するとビールの割引が受けれると言ったアクティビティを楽しみつつ、施策をしているみたいなので、汗をかいた後にビール
最高だ
