土曜のランチタイムで運良く入店できた。
店内の窯で焼かれたマルゲリータはモッチリと旨い生地。店内に広がる生地が焼かれる風味で旨さはお墨付きであったがそれが確信に変わった。トマトソースの酸味と甘味のバランスが良く、チーズもボリュームがある。これは旨いマルゲリータ。
ペペロンチーノのソースが旨旨。モチモチの生パスタと良く絡む。そしてサラダのドレッシングが絶品だった。これは家庭では再現できない旨さ。
ピザもパスタも色んな種類をいただいてみたい。ご馳走様でした。
