行ってみたくて行ってみたくて、
やっと行けました。
前々から気になっていたこちらのお店。
つくばエクスプレス駅から
すぐという立地にありながら、
シンプルかつ綺麗な店内は、
ゆっくり寛げる空間で、
入った瞬間から、期待大な感じ。
コースもあるのだけど、
私は基本好きなものを好きなだけ主義（笑）
なので、焼鳥もお料理もアラカルトで
お願いしました。
先ずは、生ビール。
梅雨もやっとあけて、夏日な今日は
昼間から絶対美味しいビールを飲むと
決めていました。
丁寧に丁寧に入れてくださったビールは、
大好きなエビス。
それもエビスマイスター。
写真のとおり、フワフワのサラサラ泡。
美味しくって、一気に飲んでしまった。
お通しは、ジュンサイの酢の物と茶豆。
この時期の最高のものを各産地から
お取り寄せしているのだとか。
ジュンサイも大きくって美味しい。
アメーラトマトはあると必ず頼んじゃう。
う玉おろしも焼鳥の合間の口直しにぴったり。
どのお店にも言えるんだけど、
お野菜がちゃんと美味しいお店は、
不思議と全てのお料理も美味しいと言うこと。
ここでもまた、期待値があがっちゃう。
そして、メインの焼鳥達。
こちらのお料理の進み具合をみながら、
大将が焼いて下さいます。
今回オーダーしたのがこちら。

ナンコツ
ハツ
つなぎ
ちょうちん
血肝
焼鳥自体のポーションは小さめですが、
丁寧な串打ちと丁寧な火入れは最高。
1本1本美味しく頂けました。
特筆すべきはナンコツ。
こんなにバランスの取れた口当たりのナンコツ
食べたこと無い。
最後の鳥スープもさっぱりなのに、
旨味のある締めにぴったりなお味。
次回はまた、別の串と一品を頂きにきたいなぁ。
