浅草に行った際は高頻度で訪れるお店。
細い路地を入った静かな立地にお店はあります。
こちらはとにかく接客が本当に素晴らしいです。
お迎えから最後まで礼儀正しく心温まります。
それだけでまた行こう！という気にさせていただきます。
焼鳥の焼き方もとても丁寧なので、レバーも柔らかく口当たりが良いです。突き出しの前菜にもいつも季節感があります。
塩とタレならタレの方が良いかもしれません。
塩気が強い時があります。
ささみとつくねはもう少しジューシーだと良いなあと。
店内は穴場という雰囲気がかなりあり、運よければ空いている時もあります。全体は落ち着いた空間で、静かです。
また訪れた時は、この心地よい空間を楽しみたいです。
料理は味だけではなくその場の雰囲気も大切だと考えているので、こちらのお店はそんな気持ちをあたたかく迎えてくれる優しいお店です。
