大阪のビーフフェスに出店していました。
一緒に行った連れが買った物と、自分が買った物を
「物々交換」
トリュフソースという、珍しさもあり、高級感もあるソースがかかっていますが、
そもそもお肉に味が付いていますよね、これ。
なんとなく、甘味のある下味が付いていて、
そこにトリュフソースが追加されています。
大雑把な味でも、ソースの味が薄くてもいいので、
もう少し肉の味が味わえるものか、ワイルドな肉が食べたかったですね～
