暑くても身体がここのラーメンを求めていて、最低週1来ないと発作が起きそうです。そして33℃になろうかというこの日、厨房で汗だくのマスターには申し訳ないと思いつつ初心に帰って「旨辛えびラーメン全部入り」1,300円を注文。
麺はちゅるんちゅるんでよくスープと絡み、エビはプリップリ、煮卵もまるごと一個、さらに炙った角煮まで乗っちゃっていて、誕生日にクリスマスとお正月が一度に来た位豪華などんぶり！見た目も味も王者です。
他所でもエビだしのラーメンやスープカレーなどはありますが別次元のエビ出汁が効いてるスープはいつも完ツユしてしまいます。いつも何食べてもドストライクですが店主のワンオペなので、これ以上人気が出て座れなくなると困るので（実際座れなくて諦めて帰る方、店前で並ぶ方いらっしゃいます）あまり知られたくないのですが、ワンオペなのに動きに無駄がなく気配りが行き届いていてとても気持ちがいいお店です。
ランチライムにはジャスミンライスの小が無料でサービスされるので胃袋に余裕のある方は是非リゾットにして最後までスープを残さず味わってほしいです！卓上の自家製エビふりかけを振りかければさらに「海老」がマシマシに！！

一昨日食べたばっかなのに、身体が欲してるので欲望のままに食べてしまいました、「麻辣鶏のまぜそば」。
定番メニューに加えて欲しいメニューばかりの週替、毎回ハズレがないのが素晴らしい。ワンオペでキビキビと仕事をこなすご主人は何作っても美味しいんだよなぁ。来週も食べに来る事がほぼ生き甲斐！

パンチの効いた感じじゃなくってしみじみ美味い。じわじわと青山椒も香ります。

ランチ使いはもちろん呑めるツマミが充実していて夜も楽しめるリトルアジアさん！
お通しの厚揚げがスパイス効いてて美味。
