星乃珈琲店初訪問です。地元の北海道にも店舗はあるものの、札幌の中心外に2店舗のみ。スフレパンケーキが食べたいと思いながら、結局食べることなく東京へ。東京に来たら、店舗がたくさんあって驚きました。
2023年1月2日月曜日14時頃。
老舗洋食のヨシカミで、名簿記入。16時頃に店に来るように言われました。時間ができたので、星乃珈琲店へ行くことに。店内は賑わっており、少し待ちましたが10分程で1人用席へ。スフレパンケーキを注文して待機。
年末年始で人が多いせいなのか、スマホのインターネットが全く使えません。スマホ内の写真を眺めて待っていると、20分程で到着。
・窯焼きスフレパンケーキダブル(単品) 780円
待望のパンケーキです。中身は想像していたより、しっかりしていました。メープルシロップをたくさんかけて食べました。たっぷりかけられる程、メープルシロップがあるのは贅沢です。シロップをたっぷり吸ったケーキは、柔らかく最高でした。
浅草散歩の休憩として、オススメですね。他のメニューも色々食べてみたいと思いました。ご馳走様でした。
