お寿司屋さんの帰りにあっさりしたラーメンを食べたいと思い探してたまたま開いていたラーメン屋さんに行って来たよ。
このお店は貝出汁のラーメンで珍しいと思う入ってみました。
券売機もデジタル化して多言語化してるのて外国人でも分かり安いと思います。
店内は和風で落ち着いた雰囲気で良いと思います。

このお店のこだわり具合が良く分かるね。
今回は牡蠣出汁ラーメンにしたよ。
牡蠣出汁ラーメンは麺は細麺でコシがあってスープが貝と牡蠣、魚介の風味が濃厚であっさりしていてめちゃ美味しかったよ
チャーシューも程よいレア感と牡蠣がゴロゴロ入っていて美味しかったよ
浅利飯も浅利の出汁が効いていてめちゃ美味しかったよ
貝出汁塩ラーメンも美味しそうでした。
今回は20時ごろに行きましたが店内は2〜3組のお客さんがいてゆっくり出来て良かったです。
また浅草に来た時は再訪したいと思います
