カットケーキを購入するために訪問。
ショートケーキは特筆レベルではありませんが、
平均点以上です。
一方モンブランは、ずっしりと重く、
個人的な好みとは逆でした。
モンブランは栗のクリームは
しっかり栗の風味が感じられ、
そこに無糖の生クリーム、
土台はメレンゲというのが、
食中も美味しく感じられ、
食後も重くならない理想だと考えていますので、
こちらのものは厳しかったです。
とはいえ、近所にありますので、
他のケーキも食べてみたいなと思わせるレベルではありました。
