田原町にオープンしたブリティッシュパブ。
丁寧に淹れた珈琲もいただけるので、
伺ってみました。
メニューはアルコールはもちろん、
フードメニューも豊富。
特に気になったのは、
コシヅカハムのシャルキュトリーがいただけます。
●ブリティッシュスコーン ￥550
いちごジャムと、
クロテッドクリームを添えて。
さっくり、ホロホロと崩れるテクスチャー。
クロテッドクリームをたっぷりとぬるのが好み♪
●キャロットケーキ ￥650 ○
ふんわりと柔らかなスパイス感で、
しっとりと柔らかくて美味しい。
少しレーズン入り。
●ショートブレッド ￥300
サクサクと、
後引く美味しさ。
スイーツは千葉のポムスールさんの
どれもじわじわと美味しくなるスイーツ。
●厩ブレンド ホット ￥650
●グアテマラ エルインヘルト アイス ￥750
豆は蔵前のコフィノワさんの豆を使用。
どちらもサラリと飲みやすい苦味とコク。
コシヅカハムのコンビーフを使用した、
ルーベンサンドが気になるので、
