知り合いがオープンいたしましたので、本当に楽しみにしておりました…！
年末行けなかったので年明けやっと訪問できた〜楽しみ楽しみ楽しみ
浅草の雷門の奥、焼肉激戦区の一角です
オープンして間もないので店内も綺麗
団体さんも入れそうな作りなので、いろんなシーンにも使えそう
(ただ個室はないので、そこだけ注意)
雌牛のお肉を使っているとのことで、綺麗な脂と胃もたれしないお肉たちが最高にいい感じ
シェフが、私がお世話になった人なので肉のカットの綺麗さはピカイチ。
料理の腕も確かなので、肉以外のサイドもウマイ。
胃のキャパのせいで食べれなかったので、気になったものを注文できず…
テール煮込み？が美味しいと聞いたので次回リベンジ！
個人的には納豆ユッケも気になります（笑）

是非注文してほしいのは、炙りユッケと赤身盛りとまぜナムル
ユッケダレが甘めなので、どうしても米を欲しました
勝手にオンザライスしました
甘めのタレと肉の脂部分のマッチがいい感じ美味しいです
赤身盛りは、肉のおいしさが生かされたタレ感で素敵…
これだけ、綺麗なのでそんなに火を通さなくても美味しく食べれます、サシが多いので脂を溶かす気持ちで焼く…おいしっ
まぜナムル、しっかり味ついてて激うまだった！
なますとかに押されるわけでもなく味の均衡が保たれてたぁ
