◆シャトーブリアンのカツ丼
時価。要予約。
薄く白い衣。山科のカツサンドの衣みたい。
胡椒もきいている。卵とじ丼の部分も美味しくてペロリ。2人で1つ食べたいくらい。
◆黒タンのカレー
上のタンがかなり大きい！と思いきや、これが4つ入っていた。逆にルー少なめ。黒タンのカレーと言うより黒タン。
◆レバー
美味しい。
◆ブルスケッタ
パンの部分も美味しいし、ユッケも味濃いめで好き。
◆黒毛和牛タン塩
小さいかなと思ったけど味が美味しくて良い。
◆黒毛和牛ハラミ
かなり美味しい。濃い味。
◆とろたくキンパ
カタシンとミスジの牛トロ。肉自体はとろけている。甘めの醤油つけて美味しい。
◆ツラミ
ちょい厚い。
◆松阪牛サガリ
これも美味しいので、後々に別のサガリおかわり。
◆ハツ
かなり分厚い。
◆上ロース
タレも好きな味。
◆ザブトン
結構サシ強め。上ロースの方が好き。
◆宮城県産サガリ
こっちの方が繊維感強め。松阪牛の方が好き。
〆もののインパクトが強くて来たけど、肉自体も美味しくて味付けも好き。特にハラミ。
また行きたい。
