雰囲気は良いが、クオリティはまだまだ
平日のモーニングで利用
ホテルの宿泊客も利用しているのか、半分ほど埋まってる
落ち着いた統一感のある店内の雰囲気はよい
店員さんの感じもよい
電源はないがホテルのwifiが使えるので、ある程度はPc作業も可能
ただし、料理のクオリティは残念
サラダボウルを注文したが、これで1200円は全く満足感なし。
ほとんどがレタスでアクセントになるような具材不足
彩りや食感、PFCバランスなど改善余地多数あり
ドレッシングも記憶に残るものではない
総じてこだわりを感じられない、なんちゃってサラダボウルなのが残念だった
付け合わせのパンは最大3つまで選べる
が、このパンも美味しくない。
サクッともふわっともせず、小麦の香りも弱い。
特に丸パンはゴムのような食感。
外観はオシャレに仕立てて期待値が高かっただけに、マイナスのギャップが目立ってしまった。
これから試行錯誤していく段階だと思うので、非日常や想定を超える体験を感じられるお店になることを期待
空間はいいので、メニューが追いつけば地域に愛されるいい店になるはず。
