We had lunch at Kobe Beef Dia on the 3rd floor of the building where Marugoto Nippon is located. It may have been cheaper because I was having lunch with a regular here. I think it was fillet and sirloin, but it was a set of vegetables, rice, and a soup made with Kobe beef fat. I was surprised that the only people other than us were foreigners. The staff are both foreigners and cute returnees. There is a copper plate in front of each grilled meat to keep it warm, and vegetables are grilled on the copper plate. I thought it would be cooked by a craftsman, but a girl who works part-time at the iron plate is cooking it. It's like baking the surface and transferring it to a plate. Is it supposed to be reheated on a copper plate? Meat tends to stick to copper plates, so I placed the meat on top of the vegetables to warm it up, but if you do it this way, you might not need a craftsman. Kobe beef itself is so delicious that it may not require the skill of a craftsman. was delicious. The rice is delicious. seriously.
