Please make a reservation at 6pm on the third day of the New Year. It seems like the shop was opened by the owner who trained at Asakusa's famous shop, Hon to Saya. Personally, Honto Saya is the best Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in my life, so I went there with high expectations. It's still a new store, so the inside is clean and you can order on a tablet, so I'm very impressed. The meat, which is important, is delicious, but it doesn't have the same impact as the book and pods...Perhaps it's because of the quality of the meat, but I don't get the impression that the volume is quite as big. I also like the upper roast gooey, but the meat felt a little thin. That said, there is no doubt that it is delicious, so I would like to visit again without looking at it too much. Thank you for the meal.
