昨年、神戸で伺ったバーガー百名店の『BRISKSTAND』さんが浅草にもお店を出したと食べログのニュースで 知りました
場所は田原町の駅そばですが浅草からも歩いて行けます
平日の10:30オープン直後に伺いました
先客1名さまですんなり座れましたが、行列用ポールがスタンバイしていたので混むのかもです
神戸では切ったやつダブルパティとベーコンチーズバーガーをオーダーしましたが、浅草にはベーコンのバーガーがメニューになく、チーズバーガー1,500円と切ったやつダブルパティ2,350円をオーダーしました
切ったやつとは、半分に切った断面を熱々の肉汁で二度焼きというジュージュージューシーなバーガーです パティ、チェダー、煮玉ねぎ、ピリ辛ソースで仕上がっています
こちらはバンズも全粒粉で独特の味わい、ふっくら
温めている感じがジューシーなパテとよく合います
煮玉ねぎも特徴的でバーガーに絡みやすくて食べやすいです ポテトもホクホクで美味しかったです
神戸まで行かなくてもまた食べられるなんて幸せ
