Use rice crackers at Konamamile, a monja shop in Asakusa Yokomachi. A half-sized monja and two drinks costs 1,100 yen including tax. There is a charge for additional toppings, so enjoy it plain. It's just delicious. I was very satisfied with a light drink for 1,000 yen. *Senbero is a limited service until 5pm on weekdays.
