Enjoying the cooked soba soup and feeling full.Not only the food but also the customer service is good.He is polite and attentive without being sarcastic.He divides the single dish into two plates and serves them on two plates (after we politely say no).He leaves the empty plate. They even ask you when you want to lower the sake.They also change the choko for each sake.If you order a bowl of hot soba, they'll ask, ``Would you like me to divide it into two?''...Some people might think that's normal, but I didn't ask.
