浅草橋駅西口から徒歩2分。16時半と早めの時間からやってるこのお店。日曜日は15時〜
交差点から少し入ったところに煙りのたち込める赤提灯が見えてくる。

電子決済のこの時代に慣れてきたからこそ注意が必要。
18時過ぎに入店するなり、店内はスーツを着たサラリーマンや地元っぽいおじちゃんでごった返している。
平成初期のお父さんの背中をみているよう。

予約していた奥の4人席で、大学の同僚と一瞬で提供されるビールで乾杯。
名物の皿なんこつや塩煮込、もつ刺し、串などを注文。
昔話と近況を語りながら逸品達が運ばれてきた。
小皿にこれでもかと盛られたなんこつ煮、多めのからしと共に。
何の気なしに箸をつけた瞬間に会話が止まる。
うっめーーーー。やっべーーーー。
本当に美味しい時は語彙力なんて意味をなさない。
まじでうまい。
そもそも皿なんこつって何？？と、よく知らない友達にもの凄い特技を見せつけられた時のような驚きと情報回収を試みる。
トロトロになるまで煮込まれた豚軟骨
これが皿ナンコツの正体。ビールが驚くスピードで消費される。一人一皿なんこつ。
もちろんその他の品々も美味しい。朝〆の新鮮なモツを使っているので臭みなどは全く無い。
